so i just got my first pair of toms shoes! i really don't know what took me so long, but i am glad to finally own a pair. they are super comfortable, and obviously the best part about them is that another kid in need will be getting a pair too. the whole idea is brilliant, kudos to founder blake mycoskie for doing something to make a difference. plus, i got a cute toms flag that i will have to find a good place to hang..xx

i loved this urban outfitters jacket last fall, but couldn't bring myself to spend $140 on it. i went back to check if it was on sale, and it was! for $40! but alas it was sold out and i was majorly bummed. then, to rub it in, i saw the exact same jacket on none other than nyc "social" olivia palermo. if only i had checked back a week earlier! aaah regrets..xx
